Refund Policy

1. Trial & subscription pricing

Paid access begins with a trial of €1.95 for 7-day access. Unless cancelled, it converts to a recurring subscription of €39.95 every 4 weeks, which renews automatically until you cancel. The prices and renewal date are shown at checkout and in your account.

2. Refund eligibility

You may request a refund of a charge within 14 days of that charge, provided you have not substantially accessed the paid digital content (for example, unlocked your full report) during that period. We always honour the mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live, even where they are broader than this policy.

3. What is generally not refundable

• Trials or periods where the paid report or premium tools have already been accessed.
• Renewal charges for a billing period that has already begun, except where required by law.
• Charges older than the 14-day window above.

Cancelling at any time stops all future charges; a refund of a charge already made is considered separately under this policy.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. Our team reviews each request and replies, usually within one business day. You can also cancel future billing yourself from the Unsubscribe page.

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

6. EU / UK digital-content note

By starting your assessment and opening your report during the trial, you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may be lost once it has been delivered, to the extent allowed by law. Your other mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
