Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Overview
Welcome to CoreSelf.io, a digital self-assessment service offering an ADHD screening and self-reflection tools ("CoreSelf", the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Throughout these Terms, the words "we", "us" and "our" refer to CoreSelf, operated by the contracting entity below:

2. The contracting entity
Your agreement is formed with CoreSelf Labs LLC. This entity is the data controller for your information (see our Privacy Policy) and the party responsible for providing the Service to you.
3. What the Service is
CoreSelf provides educational questionnaires that screen for traits associated with ADHD and generate a personalised report. The Service is designed for self-understanding and reflection. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide a diagnosis.
4. Not medical or professional advice
The Service does not provide medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Results should not be relied on for clinical, employment, educational or legal decisions. Always consult a licensed professional about your health. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services immediately.
5. Accuracy & limitations
Our questions are modelled on widely-used adult screening frameworks (such as the ASRS) and reviewed with practitioners, but no self-assessment is perfectly accurate. Results are indicative only and may vary between sessions. We make no warranty that the Service is error-free or that results are clinically valid.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service or purchase a subscription. By using the Service you confirm that you meet these requirements.
7. Your account & security
You can take the free screening without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
8. Subscriptions, trials & fees
Paid access begins with a trial of €1.95 for 7-day access. The trial price, what it includes and the renewal price are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. For verification, your card may occasionally be charged as separate small transactions that add up to the stated price.
9. Auto-renewal & billing
Unless you cancel, your trial automatically converts to a recurring subscription of €39.95 every 4 weeks, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds.
10. Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges; refunds of charges already made are handled under our Refund Policy.
11. Right of withdrawal (EU / UK)
Where you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-services purchase, you acknowledge that by starting your assessment and accessing your report during the trial, you request immediate performance and accept that your right of withdrawal is lost once the digital content has been delivered, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
12. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription, via the Unsubscribe page, or by emailing [email protected]. Email requests are actioned within one business day. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
13. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including by copying or reselling it, attempting to access it through unauthorised means, interfering with its operation, or using it unlawfully or on behalf of someone who is ineligible.
14. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software and report formats are owned by CoreSelf Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your own self-assessment. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
15. Third-party services
We rely on third parties (for example, payment, hosting and analytics providers) to operate the Service. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party products or websites we do not control.
16. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreSelf Labs LLC and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on results. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CoreSelf Labs LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
19. Changes to the Service & these Terms
We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
20. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Georgia will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
21. Class-action & jury-trial waiver (US)
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you and we each waive any right to participate in a class action or to a jury trial. This section does not apply where prohibited by the law that protects you.
